- Position : Sales Coordinator (Sales Support- Quotation/Invoice-Audio Visual)
- Location : Near Paya Lebar MRT
- Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3700 + AWS + Medical benefits + 14 days annual leave
Duration : Permanent - Industry : AV products
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales Team with Documentation & Requirements pertaining to Sales Submission
- Liaise with suppliers and/or vendors to obtain pricing and lead time information
- Follow up with Clients on quotes Sent
- Generate Weekly and Monthly report of pipeline and orders to RO
- Tracking of status of enquiries and monitoring progress
- Other general administrative support for Sales team
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Diploma in a related discipline
- Relevant Audio Visual Knowledge would be an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
