Job description
- Collate, analyse data and compile Group reports to Planning Manager
- Coordinate with the customer for monthly reports, forecast, and analyze forecast trend.
- Monitor all production operational reports and plans.
- Follow up with Subsidiary on the production schedule to support customer demand.
- Follow up with Subsidary on raw material ordering , Optimization of Capacity, Machine Utilizaiton.
- Work with Subsidiary to manage effectiveness of Inventory management.
- Follow up with Subsidary to reduce raw material , WIP & Finish Goods inventories through optimization of machine planning and OEE.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 2 ~ 5 years of working experience in manufactuing operation, strategic planning , supply chain or equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel , Privot Table , V-Lookup and Syleline will be an added advantage
- Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player who is self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Good customer service skills
- Proactive attitude and work ethic
- Assist and guide to optimise production plans while integrating constraints, such as inbound capacities, material receiving and supplier MOQs
