Responsibilities
- To assess claims using various core systems including vendors’ systems.
- Assess and process local and overseas claims from both hardcopy and electronic claim submissions
- Communicate claims decision effeciently and effectivey.
- Prepare claim settlement letters and scan claims documents to shared drive
- Response to queries in a timely manner.
- Participate in ad hoc projects /activities that improve processes, productivity, and services and solutions to customers.
- Work closely with stakeholders when handling both appeal and complex cases.
- Other assigned tasks, for example report preparations, finance and payment activities, etc
