- Must be from Luxury retail background / F&B or service industry only
- 9.00am to 6.30pm / 16 days Annual Leave
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across regions.
- Partner with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop strategic staffing plans.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including onboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulations and tax requirements.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary issues and performance appraisals.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and coordinate employee training and development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent; IHRP CP minimally
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in the luxury retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
