The sales representative should work closely with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and a solid understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate lead generation campaigns for both local and global sales efforts
- Respond to and manage inbound sales leads promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Work with project managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Prerequisites
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
