Job Description:
Our client is a Japanese Medical Devices company. They are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their finance team, overseeing financial operations in Singapore and their subsidiaries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and collaborate with subsidiary management teams to analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management meetings at subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of information.
- Serve as a liaison between headquarters and subsidiaries, facilitating communication, alignment of goals, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Forecasting, budgeting, planning, and costing processes for company and its subsidiaries to provide business support and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, assess financial risks, and provide recommendations to optimize returns and mitigate risks within the subsidiaries' operations.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the subsidiaries, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize value creation across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business consulting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Applicants with professional certifications like CPA, CFA, etc. is a huge plus!
