This will require you to work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse data, review, develop and implement programmes that support employee well-being and empower managers to support the well-being for their teams particularly in mental and emotional well-being. You will also support the team to plan and organise various hospital and cluster level health, sports and social recreational activities and events.
