Your role :

• evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
• prepare industry analyses for pitches
• participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
• conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
• get involved in the execution of live deals
Your team :
You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Singapore. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients
Your expertise :
We’re looking for a candidate who:
• will graduate by June 2025, or who has less than two years of work experience
• has knowledge of one of the following languages: Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese or Bahasa Indonesian.

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
