Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Engineering sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a HRBP to work with shareholder and leaders on company design, HR policies and strategy.
- HR Strategy Execution: Work with management to develop and roll out HR policies, procedures, and comprehensive programs that enhance employee engagement and drive a culture of high performance. Utilize data analysis to provide insights that aid management in making informed decisions.
- Compensation & Benefits Management: Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to sustain an engaged workforce across SEA and locally.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee end to end recruitment activities, ensuring the selection of top candidates for each role.
- Talent Development & Review
- Performance Management: Drive a culture that emphasizes accountability and achievement by managing the organization’s performance review processes, consistent with company values.
- Training & Development: Design and oversee the annual training plan to support business managers in achieving their training goals within budget.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Supervise the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure it meets the business's evolving needs, including regular HR reporting, manpower planning, and budgeting.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment regulations across the SEA and other regions.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experiencve in a mangerial position
- Min Degree in Human Resource or other relevant field of studies
