RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support new product development and launch
- Able to perform data analysis, involve in researching on latest market trends
- Work closely with stakeholders on new products to deliver marketing, sales & internal communications collaterals
- Work with relevant vendors for marketing-related promotions and partnership, etc
- Able to drive objective of brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, and traffic by employing social media strategies
- Responsible for engaging with customers by ensuring maximum satisfaction and maintaining our company's core values and positive image.
- Able to maintain our social communities, membership programs and brand advocates
- Generate reports with measureable KPIs to track and analyse social medial results, campaigns and/or sales data for areas of improvement
- Plan editorial calendar, create contents (including copywriting) and visual assets that are consistent, drives brand and engage customers, and are SEO-optimised for all our digital platforms (websites, e-commence and social media platforms)
- Monitor and report on competitors' activities
- Other marketing related tasks as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and oral / written communication skills
- Team player who is passionate, able to think out of the box, creative and resourceful
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic enviroment
- Prior experience in FMCG, digital marketing, or any related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and/or basic HTML is a plus
