Senior Administrator, Strategic Business Development
Role and Responsibility
- Support and execute daily agency operations to deliver timely and comprehensive administrative support to Strategic Business Development Managers / Directors.
- Prepare management reports and statistics for the department.
- Act as the intermediary for all task assigned/requested from key distributors and business partners to other teams.
- Manage and support the following but not limited to: Sales campaign (i.e. roadshows, seminar, internal and external event)
- All other administrative matters related to Agency
- Document and update on all SOPs within Strategic Business Development to ensure consistency in all processes.
- Support Recruitment Management Unit with onboarding of new Representative.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly meeting materials with the distributors and business partners.
- Support on any other ad-hoc projects, as requested.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Admin, Banking and Finance.
- 2 years or more experience in an administrative function in Insurance operations or Banking & Finance.
- Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Strong attention to details and ability to coordinate and priorities work.
- Enthusiastic and energetic in getting things done.
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
