Salary: up to $4500 + 1.5 months of completion bonus

Job Description:
- • Performs business administration for commercial team, such as new vendor set up, payment process, report data collection, contract management
- • Coordinates the organization of internal and external events and manages the marketing and demonstration products and printed material
- • Assists the team with the administration of patient support, including prescriptions, invoices and ad-hoc communications
- • Supports with the management of travelling dialysis patients, outbound or inbound to Singapore
- • Support office administration such as mail/document delivery, office related payment process, office maintenance and supply procurement, team office and IT supplies, etc.
- • Ad-hoc administration operation assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant experience & vlookup knowledge, preferably in healthcare/medical device/pharmaceutical industries
