Limitless is a mental health agency that works with youths in Singapore. The agency is looking to hire a generalist HR Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Ensure new employees have the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and procedures.
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievances in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and morale.
- Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Manage leave management, timekeeping and attendance tracking, providing necessary documentation to Finance and Payroll to support payroll functions.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration.
- 1 or more years of relevant experience in a generalist role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices and Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels.
- Tactful, has good EQ (emotional quotient) and AQ (adversity quotient).
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to organise and work independently.
