Salt is looking for Field Marketing Specialist for a leading client who will be responsible for driving net new pipeline, supporting deal acceleration, driving cross-sell and upsell programs and showcasing ongoing customer success. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated success as a marketing specialist.
This role will combine marketing execution and planning with hands-on program creation and is a perfect opportunity for a talented, experienced marketing professional who is looking to grow.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Execute planned programs, events, digital marketing given advice by senior team individuals.
- Ideally tailor programs for the client's Adaptive Planning Solutions portfolio and messaging to align to prospect, customer and industry-specific initiatives, business objectives or unique challenges. - Collaborate closely across stakeholders to assist in creating and accelerating pipeline.
- Review performance metrics with a keen eye on ROI. Ensure that each marketing activity is tracked and measured. Use data and dashboards to inform future programs.
- Address the ongoing demand for opportunistic and ad hoc marketing needs of the sales teams in response to the health of the pipeline.
- Share metrics and reporting to inform broader teams of best-practices.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 3-5 years proven marketing experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with executives.
- Experience in high-tech, enterprise software.
- Knowledge of cloud based solutions.Experience for planning and analytical solutions are plus.
- High energy. Highly productive with strong self-starter initiative.
- Exceptional organizational, budget, project and people management skills.
