Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project including timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure budget, purchase terms and conditions are met.
- To maintain healthy project cash flow and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Provide support and supervision to engineering activities.
- Manage relationship with clients and consultants on all engineering and contractual matters.
- To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
