Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in staff engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Support payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution of the partial payroll cycle.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Address employee relations issues, providing solutions in line with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee data, records, and HR-related reports for various projects.
- Provide support on other HR tasks as directed by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
