Responsibilities:
· Identify business problems and goals of users
· Understand and gather business requirements
· Conduct analysis and document systems and procedures
· Provide solutions in better data processing, collection, management, analysis, website design and dashboard creation to enhance work efficiency and communications across departments
· Keep abreast of latest software and technology trends and recommend suitable hardware/software or technology tools
· Implement, document and train users of new initiatives
· Monitor systems’ performance, effectiveness, and maintenance
· Track goals and reports progress to management
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Business or System Analysis
· Min 3 years of experience in system design and analysis
· Strong business acumen, analytical skills and digitally savvy
· Good interpersonal and communication skill
