- Develop and execute strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the region. Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including retention and development initiatives.
- Create and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and the global HR vision, ensuring they support overall organizational objectives.
- Design and implement systems and initiatives to enhance employee performance and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive workplace culture, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and manage employee relations to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, regularly benchmarking against industry standards to attract and retain talent.
- Optimize HR processes, utilize HR analytics for informed decision-making, and ensure accurate and timely HR reporting.
- Any other ad-hocs duties as assigned
Requirements
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of HR experience within the commodity industry
- Proven expertise in establishing and managing office operations, building regional teams, and HR functions regionally
