Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim etc.
Requirements (Qualification & Experience)
- Bachelor's degree is Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- At least 5 years' of Quantity Surveyor experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
- Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration
- Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge
