Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent to drive our company's growth. This role involves identifying candidates who align with our job requirements and organizational needs. We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a background or familiarity in the e-commerce industry. Key Responsibilities

· Assist in job posting to various job boards.

· Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

· Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and skillset.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

· Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.

· Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Any other ad-hoc task assigned.


Requirements

· Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to the e-commerce industry.

· Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

· Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

· Excellent communication, high level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.

· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and provide timely updates on work progress.
