Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle – work with hiring managers to source for prospective talents, manage job postings, arrange and conduct interviews, negotiate hiring offers, conduct reference checks, prepare salary proposal and employment contracts.
- Manage onboarding processes for new employees, collect necessary documents and keyed in accurately into HR System. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Monitor and administer work pass applications/renewals/cancellations and manage foreign worker quota.
- Manage employee’s career cycle such as confirmation, promotion, transfer and resignation.
- Support in handling employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
- Support employees’ training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes and documentation.
- Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree preferably in Human Resource Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s labour laws and regulations.
- Familiar with MS office (word and excel).
