Job Description:
- As a Business Development Manager, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and establishing new relationships with potential clients for the company.
- Your work will be involved in careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing position or reputation in some way.
- Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing and extending job offers.
- Maintain precise employee records and HR databases to ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
- Other adhoc duties as requested by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field with 4-5 years experience in Recruitment Industry.
- Candidates with Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) would be highly preferred.
- Confidence in leading a Business development team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent leadership skills

- Excellent command of MS Office
