Job Description
- Responsible for company's all level recruitment
- Identify suitable platforms to place advertisement to attrach the right candidates
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for vacant positions
- Seek approval and offer to hire shortlisted candidate
- Coordinate onboarding for new employee
- Prepare offer letter and ensure all documantations are properly signed and collected before commencement date for new employee
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Proactive and independent
- Has sense of urgency in getting vacant position filled
