Responsibilities:
- Managing various human resources functions
- Handle onboarding and offboarding process and coordinate recruitment processes
- Manage employees concerns and queries on company policies and procedures
- Identify training needs and assists HR manager in training programs
- Prepare and manage all HR documentation which includes employment contracts, staff handbook etc.
- Maintain HR databased and ensure all documents are updated accurately
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or relevant
- Min 1-2 years human resources experience
- Possess knowledge in employment laws and regulations
