Responsibilities
- Work closely with IT and vendor to resolve project/implementation/production issues.
- Undertake root cause analysis for system issue to implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Perform system testing for patches of the issues reported/system enhancements/regression.
- Propose and drive system enhancements to streamline the current process.
- Document or develop user stories or user requirement specification.
- Maintain platform user guides and public portal for all information related to online trading.
- Provides user training on new enhancements and project roll outs to customers and salesforce.
Skills/Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Information Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
· Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in financial or related industry.
· Familiar with internet trading technologies and investor trends.
· Hands-on experience in developing user requirements, business analysis and conducting user testing.
· Good knowledge in equities trading with strong customer mindset of designing processes and solutions.
