Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Consumer Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone and via e-meet to understand their needs, provide courses information, and ultimately convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- Location: Central, near Bugis MRT
- Basic $3,000 - $3,500
- Commission + Incentives (Avg. $2,000)
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our courses and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a consumer-focused role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
