Overview

As a member of the Precinct Planning and Development team under the Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will be involved in the development of healthy precincts in the Western Region of Singapore in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience. Candidates with sufficient leadership experience may have some supervisory responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategy/plan to develop the healthy precincts under your care
  2. Identify internal and external partners and platforms for the development of healthy precincts, and engage and collaborate with them to enable successful on-ground activation
  3. Develop and implement community health plan for the precincts under your care, with emphasis on preventive health and social-health integration
  4. Track and review progress on implementation of community health plan for different focus areas
  5. Secretariat work for meetings
  6. Any other duties, projects or assignments by Reporting Officer and/or HOD

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in planning, programme development, stakeholder engagement and management, and project management
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
  • Adept in stakeholder engagement and management to foster buy-in and collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Resourcefulness in problem solving and resilient in overcoming challenges
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and/or population health models will be advantageous
