Job Description
Our client, a leading global provider in the development and maintenance of data centers space, is seeking a finance executive to join their team.
The role revolves around managing daily accounting tasks, month end closing activities and variance analyses. The incumbent will also process Accounts Payable and General Ledger entries utilizing the Yardi Accounting software.
Other responsibilities include facilitating the month end closing for SREIT and assisting with the preparation of ACRA, MAS and GST returns. Successful candidates can anticipate working in a fast paced and diverse environment with a collaborative and dynamic culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must hold at least a Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
• Minimum one year of accounting experience
• Candidate should be a team player, proactive, a problem solver and positive
• Proficiency in Yardi accounting system is highly preferred
