About Our Client
Our client is a MNC focusing on cloud solutions (vendor), with strong presence globally, especially in Asia & China. They are now looking for a Partner Sales Manager to joint their team.
Job Description
- Partner planning and recruitment to achieve yearly business goals for the Cloud solutions
- Identify target partner groups in Singapore, recruit high-quality, high-growth partners, and formulate expansion plans.
- Support the development and cultivation of localized channels, and ensure local coverage and customer discovery.
- Carry out systematic empowerment based on the business direction of partners, including policies, products and solutions, personnel competency certification, to achieve the improvement and transformation of partners' sales and service capabilities.
- Partner process management and conflict management.
- Formulate incentive policies and provide feedback to protect the rights and interests of partners.
- Focus on partner satisfaction, promptly respond to partners' reasonable demands and make quick decisions.
The Successful Applicant
- About 7 years of Sales experience in Channel/Partner Sales within the Techn sector
- Experience in Cloud Solutions
- Track record of managing multiple partners in Singapore
- Ability to recruit new partners and manage existing ones
