About Our Client

My client is an industry leader in the logistic-4PL industry. We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Assistant Sales Operations Manager to support, steer, and strategize our sales enablement efforts, turning them into measurable outcomes. This role is pivotal in empowering our region and country salesforce to achieve their goals and drive customer success. By developing clear statistical metrics, enhancing CRM software (Salesforce), refining sales processes, and improving overall performance, you will optimize sales efforts across the region. Additionally, you will design training programs, marketing materials, and communications, while serving as the custodian of our sales enablement content and platform.

Job Description

  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and continuously refine a strategic sales enablement plan that aligns with company objectives and drives sales success.
  • Sales Tools and CRM Optimization: Leverage and enhance Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to streamline operations, track performance, and provide actionable insights for the sales team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make informed adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to elevate the sales team's capabilities, ensuring they have the skills necessary to meet and exceed targets.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of compelling sales enablement content, ensuring it resonates with sales representatives and customers, and supports the sales process.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong collaboration between sales, product marketing, and other key stakeholders, ensuring a unified approach to sales and marketing efforts. Communicate ideas and strategies effectively across teams.
  • Sales Process Enhancement: Continuously refine and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Motivate and guide sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Navigate and address challenges in a dynamic sales environment, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline, or comparable professional experience.
  • Relevant Experience: Demonstrated expertise in sales operations, marketing, and sales training, with a focus on the logistics sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with sales enablement tools, CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and data visualization software (like Tableau, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Sales Insight: Comprehensive knowledge of the sales landscape and strategic approaches.
