The Marketing Assistant Manager directs all markets including contracted, directed or online in both corporate and leisure segments. He/She is required to research and deliver strategic sales/business plans, monthly reports, annual targets, budgets, forecasts or other projects.
He/She has to analyse the competition, market trends, customer needs and performance in order to be pro-active and adapt to a changing market landscape. With the information, he/she is able to create new sales plans to improve efficiency of the current ones.
