My client is a leading global provider of property restoration and disaster recovery services, known for its rapid response and high-quality solutions. My client values efficiency, expertise, and thoroughness in handling restoration projects to ensure swift and effective recovery.
Job Description
- Sales and Partner Management: Develop and implement customer engagement programs, manage key partner relationships, and introduce tools for key account management across APAC.
- Business Development: Create and oversee sales programs, analyse and enhance partner relationships, coordinate regional business development activities.
- Marketing Strategy: Analyse market trends, support new market opportunities, and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans with actionable KPIs for each country in Asia.
- Customer Success: Maintain and analyse the customer database, improve conversion rates, formalise feedback and reports, and enhance customer satisfaction and acquisition processes.
- Marketing Communications: Lead regional communication plans, manage event participation, develop and localise marketing materials, and ensure consistent brand protection and promotion across the region.
The Successful Applicant
- About 8 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the B2B Services industry
- Comfortable with regional travel across APAC countries and to HQ in Europe
- Strong technical background to understand the jargons and services provided by my client in the damage/disaster recovery industry
- Experienced in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders that are related to property restoration and disaster recovery services
