Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue goals.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear expectations and goals for the sales team
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness from lead generation to contract closure.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the executive team.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s footprint in existing ones.
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other members of the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Extensive experience in a senior sales leadership role within the engineering sector or a closely related technical field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of engineering products and services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and navigate complex sales environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed, including international travel.
