Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the sector.
- Understand and interpret customer requirements, providing solutions and recommendations.
- Offer pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Provide after-sales support services and help clients resolve technical issues.
- Lead in sales pitch/presentations
- Keep abreast of trends and markets within the industry to enhance market adaptability and competition
- Foster and build good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the mechanical or industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical products and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required
