- Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
- Function exp: Providing Solutions in Process & Discrete manufacturing industrial applications involving PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, VFD’s, Field Instruments, LV MCC etc. – Water/Semiconductor/Marine/Shipbuilding/O&G/Power/F&B/Pharma/Chemical/P-Chem/Refinery/Steel Industries etc.
- Direct Selling End Users / OEM’s/ EPC/ Process Consultants.
- Strong sales-orientation, results-focused, with proven track record.
- Strong presentation and negotiations skills.
- Solid foundation in account management fundamentals such as prospecting needs assessment, proposal development, and client presentation.
- Proven track record in client management and new account acquisitions.
- Good knowledge of the new technologies and trends emerging in the Automation industry.
- MCC/Drives Knowledge & Project Coordination skills shall be an added advantage.
- Written & Verbal fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, would be considered advantageous.
The Job Responsibilities are as below:
- Sales & Marketing – Industrial Automation Solutions & Services involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, Field Instruments, LV-MCC, VFD’s etc.
- Participate in the creation, update and communication of the Company/Division strategic plan. Maintain active funnel to satisfy sales targets.
- Customer Engagements: Mapping the customer profile, analyze & identify business needs and create an opportunity, building relationships, customer visits etc.
- Enquiry generation, co-ordination, support on technical requirements etc. efforts estimation, resources identification, techno-commercial proposals etc.
- Lead in participating negotiations with qualified key account/opportunities
- Closing orders, risk analysis in a project.
- Handing over Projects to delivery team
- Monitoring the execution of projects.
- Co-ordination with customers during project execution.
