Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and support marketing campaigns, including in-person events, email, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assisting in project management duties (e.g., logistics and milestone management) for marketing events.
- Monitor and track campaign progress using various marketing metrics, providing post-event evaluations, reporting, and analysis.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance lead generation activities.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold emails.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitive ventures.
- Assist in creating, editing, and distributing internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and updates, to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather content and ensure messaging aligns with the company's brand and values.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and company culture.
Requirements:
- Currently in 3rd year of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing related field
- Marketing experience within the ICT industry is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B event management or content creation is an advantage.
- Experience in MS Office and marketing-related software/tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is an advantage.
- Independent, dynamic team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
