Account Executive

5 days 8am to 530pm
Basic up to $4000
Job Scope:
· Responsible for full set of accounts for 2 companies
· Day to day operational activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP functions
· Prepare accounts schedules and reports
· Maintain Fixed Assets register and assist in yearly fixed assets sighting
· Prepare Intercompany reconciliation and follow up with discrepancy
· Perform GST reporting and submission
. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Liaise with external Auditor
· Any other ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirement:
- Diploma in Accounting, ACCA and/or relevant qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting role, including closing full sets of accounts
- Detail, analytical, accurate and good with numbers
- Familiar with MYOB or Synergix software is added advantage
