Position: Sales Engineer (Japanese speaking)- CK (19018)
Job Description
- General engineering operation supports for clients and establish relationship with clients
- Supply of materials handling equipment to their distributors
- Sales of logistics systems like belt conveyors and other logistic systems
- Submitting weekly reports in-parallel with ongoing projects
- Driving and operating forklift trucks
- Update management frequently on project(s) development
- Warehouse inventory control and management
- Commute to PSA port for shipping documentation submission etc
- Forecast logistics shipment on stock projection
- Sometimes need to drive an oil small trucks
- Involve business trips to Malaysia and Indonesia, and other ASEAN countries
- On-site trouble shooting with clients' sites
Job Requirement
- Conversation+ level of Japanese language ability to communicate with their headquarter in Japan and their JP clients
- Preferably with experience in Machinery, Logistic and/or Shipping industry
- Possess Class 3 manual driving license and can drive a 10-feet truck
- Forklift license (The company will sponsor for forklift license course if the candidate doesn’t possess this license)
- Experience in handling forklifts and lifting is advantage
- Experience in oversee site project previously is advantage
- Knowledge of WSHE compliance rules and regulations
- Knowledge of site technical operations
- Trouble shooting skills to deal with clients troubles and complaints on clients' sites
- Person with good communication skill and customer-service oriented
