Our client is an esteemed local construction firm that focusing on construction, property development and investment. They are looking for a competent Finance Manager to supervise the financial and cost accounting activities.
Job Description:
- Supervise financial and cost accounting activities
- Manage full set of accounting operations and monthly closing activities
- Quarterly Consolidation
- Annual Financial Statement
- Annual budget and monthly financial forecast with analysis
- Compliance on corporate accounting policies and internal control procedures
- Cash flow monitoring
- Managing tax compliances and related matters
- Liaise with auditors in corporate auditing matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and CPA qualifications preferred
- Min 5- 8 years of working experience
- Prior working experience in a public listed company within construction industry will be highly valued
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
