Then come in and join our Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) team as Manager, APJ Marketing & Sales Excellence to be responsible for driving internal and external Thought Leadership engagement and supporting excellence in sales operations, including content production, event management, and digital process automation.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications responsibilities:

  • You will plan, execute, and measure marketing and communications events of Region APJ and give regional support on Corporate Communications initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for APJ ST&BD deliveries to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • You will support internal and external communications in APJ to drive Thought Leadership at trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • You will help to engage internal audience using communication platforms and activities (townhalls, staff programs) to increase engagement.
  • You will support planning and executing internal APJ Management meetings.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to organize and implement marketing and communication activities.
  • You will develop further a strong understanding of products, competition & industry trends.

Sales Operations responsibilities:

  • You will manage the support of selected Zones of APJ in driving excellence in Sales Operations (Market Coverage/ Transparency, Funnel Management, Sales Conversion, Hybrid Sales, Key Account Management, etc.) with support in baselining of GTM and CRM processes, project management, reviews, and trainings.
  • You will manage to leverage Digitalization and CRM in Sales Operations in APJ ensuring data accuracy and integrity in selected Zones.
  • You will review performance data, trends, and behaviors providing analytical insights into Sales Operations and to support a systematic sales approach.
  • You will help to drive sustainability of Sales Operations in APJ.

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed Diploma or Degree in Marketing and Communications/ Mass Communications/ Interactive Communications Design or related field.
  • You have 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or communications, preferably in the MedTech or healthcare industry. Experience within the healthcare device manufacturing industry will be a plus.
  • Experienced in event management and/or project management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.


Your attributes and skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, in marketing automation platforms, MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint.
  • You are a quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an understanding of software, databases, and online services.
  • You have the ability to develop ideas that result in improvements to existing procedures or projects.
  • You are highly motivated, taking ownership of multiple projects and their deliverables.
