Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify Variation Order (VO) work across all subcontract packages.
- Provide support with measurement and pricing for VO claims within the Mechanical/Electrical contracts.
- Handle the processing of monthly progress claims and final claims.
- Manage all aspects of contract administration and documentation related to the project.
- Conduct measurement tasks, including re-measurement for subcontract payments and final account purposes.
- Develop cost estimations or budgetary costs for Mechanical/Electrical services.
- Coordinate with Consultants/Main Contractors on VO and progress claims.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is maintained in an organised and proper manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in the relevant field.
