Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence checks for loan applications, including searches on borrowers, guarantors, directors, and shareholders using various databases and tools.
- Regularly update and maintain departmental databases, such as loan records, housing data, pricing changes, and sales targets.
- Prepare monthly reports for internal and management review, including performance summaries, compliance reports, and budget comparisons.
- Track and record loan approvals and acceptances.
- Create annual and ad-hoc reports for external parties, like surveys and auditor reports.
- Manage the department’s resources, including databases, equipment, supplies, and petty cash.
- Assist department with various tasks and projects.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a Bank or Financial Institution
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
