Job Duties:
- Revenue and Cost Calculation: Accurately calculate and record trade-related revenue and cost of sales using Oracle, ensuring timely journal entries.
- Billing and Collections: Ensure timely billing and collection of intercompany and third-party receivables.
- Invoice Processing: Record and submit approved trade payable invoices promptly.
- Adhoc Analysis: Provide accurate analysis for requests like new product launch impact.
- Reconciliations: Perform quarter-end and year-end intercompany reconciliations for accurate financial reporting.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with internal controls and governance over finance processes.
- Audit Support: Assist external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Team Collaboration: Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in revenue accounting.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Oracle wil be an advantage
- Prior working experience in Asset Management with revenue operations experience will be an advantage
