Job Description
- Support the business development through new product development, project management for activities & campaign, sales & promotion planning, sales analysis and branding strategies.
- Plan new product launch from start to end and existing product development
- Develop Trade Marketing Strategy and activities (promotion, campaign, etc) to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories
- Develop strategic category proposition and cooperate with channels to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition activities to recommend appropriate action plan for implementation
- Conduct presentation and business review with retailers to plan program that meets retailers needs
- Conduct product training for sales team
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant parties (internal and external) on plan and activities
- Identify sales, listing and distribution opportunities using 4P data
- Evaluate program effectiveness and identify the rate of ROI
- Lead team to achieve Company’s goal and nurture team members to reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of Sales / Trade Marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning of trade activities and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and project management skills
