BASIC FUNCTION
Provide administrative support generating business reports, month end report for the hotel and implementing all sales activities and handling sales inquiries
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing administrative support to Sales Department & Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Prepare key performance indicators report and ensure accurate information
- Retrieval of leads from various systems - MI Leads, CI/TY, Cvent, MarRFP & Other source
- Ensuring timely follow up of Sales lead
- Disseminates to the respective Manager in-charge to follow-up and ensure Manager’s turn around within the set time frame.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data collation to assist in Sales decision
- Preparation of presentation slides and meeting minutes
- Ensures high standard of administration in the department by maintaining proper client records and profile on the database
- Process and submit claims
- Maintains and controls department stocks and ensure a sufficient supply of all collateral materials
- Follow up on weekly and monthly report from Sales person and compile the reports as a department for submission
- Work in line with business needs
- Perform any other duties and projects assigned by the Management
Requirements
1. A certificate or diploma holder, in hospitality management or business related discipline
2. No experience required or with minimum of one (1) year experience in hospitality related sales and marketing functions.
