Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)
Location is at Mapletree Business City
Jobscope:
- Doing follow ups calls to clients
- Assist them to submit their applications through bank system
- Follow up pending documents with clients and processing team
- Submitting end day report to the management
- Objection handlings
- Work closely with relevant departments to resolve clients’ issues and concerns
Requirements
- Min GCE 'N' level
- Good etiquette over the phone
- Products and systems training will be provided
- Willing to learn
