Job Responsibilities
- Oversees and ensures the smooth operations and effective management of the building/estate/property
- Plans and executes preventive building maintenance works for common facilities and properties
- Liaise with Management Councils, residents, and stakeholders.
- Prepares documentation and attends Council Meetings, Annual General Meetings or relevant.
- Minutes writing for Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings
- Ensure compliance with relevant agencies for Licenses, Permits, PDPA, and BMSMA Acts
- Attends and responds to stakeholder feedback promptly
- Contract management for assigned properties.
- Procurement management
- Ensure and support management funds collection
- Ensure expenses are authorised spending within estate’s budget
- Able to handle multiple portfolio projects
Job Requirement
- Must be well versed in BMSMA
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
- Able to handle stress and multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Problem solver with positive attitudes
