We are looking for a candidate to join our Global Innovations team, supporting our Intellectual Property (IP) function.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support in updating IP records in IP Management software.
- Assist in obtaining signatures from various stakeholders for IP registration, renewal and record.
- Test out AI related technologies to improve in-house IP operation.
- Screening of prior articles for IP development.
- Conduct simple searches for patent analytics.
- Support in monitoring of IP costs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Preferably from Science or Engineering discipline (open to both Degree or Diploma undergraduates)
- Open to either a full-time or part-time contract for at least 3 months.
- Knowledge of MS office tools
