Job Title: Claim Coordinator (ID8306)
Location: Bishan, Singapore
Working Hour：Mon-Fri,9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm
Salary: $2000 - $3000
Job Description:
• Review and organize claim documentation, including forms, reports, and correspondence, for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain claim files and databases, updating information as needed and ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Generate claimrelated reports and documents, such as claim status updates, settlement offers, and denial letters, as directed by claims adjusters or supervisors.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other involved parties to provide information and assistance regarding claim status, documentation requirements, and next steps in the claims process.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and inspections, coordinating with mechanic and other external vendors as necessary.
• Collaborate with Sale associate & Operation manager, such as underwriting and finance, to resolve claimrelated inquiries and discrepancies.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about changes in claim procedures, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the claims department.
Requirement:
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
