- Managing all corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of Singapore and offshore companies
- Preparing necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board resolutions, striking off, etc
- Handling of conversion of financial statements to XBRL format
- Handling immigration matters for clients
- Ensure the statutory and compliance of Singapore companies and offshore entities are met
- Lodge changes and annual return with the ACRA, file Economic Substance with BVI agencies
- Perform Singapore company’s administration duties
- Liaise with government agencies, lawyers, bankers
- Assist with the administration of client entities (incorporation, maintenance, etc) with a high degree of integrity and professional competence.
- Co-ordinating with the Registered agent for the offshore entities (Cayman, BVI and others)
- Attend to auditors’ queries, liaise with clients, legal counsels, tax advisor, etc
- Maintain relationship with stakeholders (internal and external), build relationship with clients
- Requirement:
- - ICSA certification or those pursuing, as well as Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Law
- Preferable with minimum 3 years of relevant Corporate Secretarial experience
- Positive working attitude, ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal, oral and good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated, efficient, resourceful and self-initiative
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore Companies Act, 1967 and ACRA filing
- Meticulous, attention to detail, organised and have a strong sense of responsibility
